Brandywine Parents/Guardians, we are currently experiencing a power outage at three of our four buildings. We will keep you updated as more information becomes available but we want to let you know now that there is the potential for an early release. We know that it will be important for parents to be home for the arrival of our elementary students and will give you at least a one hour notice if we will be releasing early. Due to the power outage, phones are out at Merritt Elementary, Brandywine Elementary, and Brandywine Innovation Academy.
Brandywine Community Schools is excited to offer free breakfast and lunch to ALL students starting this new school year thanks to the Michigan Healthy School Meals Program! Even though meals will be provided for free, it is important for families to continue sharing household income information in order for our schools to receive full access to federal and state funding for educational programs that our students are entitled to. Pop Up Libraries this summer!
Beginning on Monday, June 12, the Administration Office will be operating on a
summer hours schedule. The office will be open Monday - Thursday, 7:30
a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Merritt, Brandywine Elementary, and the Middle/Senior High School buildings will be
open through June 30 with the following hours:
- Merritt Elementary Office hours will be 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through
Thursday and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday.
- Brandywine Elementary Office hours will be 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday
through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday.
- Middle/Senior High School Office hours will be 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday
through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday.
- Brandywine Innovation Academy Office hours will be 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday.
Normal business hours for all buildings will resume on Monday, August 1.
